Paying bills is never quite "fun", but ACU can help make it somewhat easier for you, by letting you pay your bills online with your home computer or on your smartphone.

There are literally thousands of companies registered in the ACU bill payment system. If there's a bill you want to pay and you don't see the company listed, call us and we'll do our best to add them to the list.

Service fees apply for each processed bill payment. Bills you can pay in person include:

  • credit card payments
  • regular utility bills
  • federal government remittances and Canada Revenue Agency payments

NOTE: Business Tax Accounts and Provincial Government Remittances are not accepted in the branch. Please refer to the provincial TAXcess website for more information and payment methods. Once payments are entered to the TAXcess system, an online bill payment can be set up to make the payments from your account.

FOR NON-MEMBERS: We no longer process other non-member credit card payments, bills, and government remittances.

*For members who require a recall or refund of a bill payment, we will do our best to retrieve the funds on your behalf. This fee will be applied whether the funds are retrieved or not.
