If you don't need to make any changes to your name, address or phone number on your new cheques, you can order in person at any branch or by phone. 

Option One: Order cheques by phone through our official supplier, Davis+Henderson

  1. Inspect one of your current cheques to make sure all information is current, and have it on hand so you have the institution, branch and account numbers.
  2. Call Davis+Henderson's Cheque Advisor service and speak to an account representative: 1.877.448.1294

Option Two: Visit an ACU branch and we'll place the order for you.

If you need to change any personal information that appears on your cheque or this is your first cheque order, visit an ACU branch or phone our Member Communication Centre Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm at 204.958.8588 or toll-free at 1.877.958.8588. They'll make sure your information is updated not only on your cheques, but also on your accounts.
